texte = In my experience a single field works fine, especially when you put something like this on the page: "Please note, you must include a complete delivery address in this field. The information you enter here will appear exactly as entered on your shipping label. If anything is missing your package will not be delivered or it will be delivered late. Please include all the following which apply to you: full names of all receivers authorized to accept this package, company name, building name and number, street address, city or municipality, state or province, country, postal code, all available landline phones, cell phones and fax numbers, and a complete alternate delivery address if available." >By putting checks into the fields and making them compulsory or not.
