texte = I hear your 2cents -- Please don't think that I have dropped off... I am playing catch up with everything that I want to get done and yes I do often focus and not participate as much as I should on the list...We are still getting the kinks out to get the list and support of our product the appropriate level...On the silence..... My bad -- we are in a public company now and there are things of course that we can't say...We are training more support staff, we are working on 4.0 --- very very aggressively! I can't emphasize enough how much you will all love 4.0... We have heard everything and working very very hard on it...I don't want the negative attitude to stay of course... I have to grow the market in the meantime - which means that I have a lot of catch up marketing to do -- rebranding under Smith Micro Software and getting the pipeline filled for media and printed and tradeshows etc...
