All good things take time. Marketing through YouTUBE, Facebook, twitter, Internet website, all take very little money (they do take time and effort) and can grow. I think the key for WebDNA will be having some low cost functional version at at least one big ISP and then KEEPING the upgrade channel to the modules for larger ventures. But also important to build and interlink all the posible web channelss for viral and free marketing. once that is in place some email campaigns would work well to get people to try.
