[WebDNA] Sorry WebDNA server not running /Template ERROR/ Slow speeds

I've reinstalled and reconfigured 50 times the last 2 weeks and I get the server up and running then within an hour I start getting errors "Sorry WebDNA server not running /Template ERROR/ Slow speeds" and template not found... I fix the issue and then it's something new...???? I'm also having the SAME issues try running newer 2009 mac 10.11.6 El capitan w/webdna 8.2....!!! I recently moved but my old server been fast and fine on 100/10 and now have faster 400/20 internet and the sever won't max out on speed test but still as fast as the old connection... my newer 2009 mac is maxed out on everything and gets a faster connection yet serves the web pages very slow...
