Morale islow on this list. So, while you make headway with your own marketingefforts, you lose it with the developers who've been with you from thebeginning. Those developers talk to a lot of companies, and many companiesrely on them for direction. I don't expect Grant to take time to answerquestions as he did in the past. But I have to wonder if you and John arethe only SM eyes that look at this list anymore. Instead of the silence, how about a bit of good old open conversation, like in the old days. If weknew that John Jakovich was training some new tech support people, or youand Grant have been working on organizing the development team for version4, the silence would be understandable. As it is, though, no one knows whatyou guys are up to. And, it's going to be counter productive to yourgreater marketing efforts if it continues this way.My 2¢-- Mike Davis, PresidentNetwork 13, Inc. http://www.network13.net/LocalsOnline.com, Inc. http://www.localsonline.com/Voice Of The Internet, Inc. http://www.voiceoftheinternet.com/ICQ: 6572635If I had more time, I would have written less. - Mark Twain> From: Jay Van Vark
