Sorry, I hate to be that frustrated guy, and I certainly hit = a high point last night, but this has been a strange few days of things = just breaking down and falling apart around me (friends dying, = relationships ending, vehicles breaking down, and so on). I was not able to reproduce the funky = database behavior.=20 So I do believe that there is a real problem with this build on Ubuntu = 10.4, and was not due to user error. There were no special = configurations with Linode either as far as automatic replicating and so = forth. The configuration I provided was completely verbatim. And = again, the problem wasn't "installing" WebDNA, it was a bug in the = behavior of it. =20 I like using Ubuntu + Apache. Setting up virtual hosts in this = environment is intuitive and comfortable for me.
