./WebCatalogCtl stop
followed by
./WebCatalogCtl start
from the /WebDNA folder
If there is a problem, you should get some debug info.
You can also do
/etc/rc.d/init.d/WebCatalogCtl stop
followed by
/etc/rc.d/init.d/WebCatalogCtl start
