It appears that your WebCatalogCTL =file is in the WebCatalogEngine folder. On my server the =WebCatalogEngine folder is in the default location =here:I just tried the stop and start commands with the correct path and they =worked fine. Thank you!

followed by
./WebCatalogCtl start
from the /WebDNA folder
If there is a problem, you should get some debug info.
You can also do
/etc/rc.d/init.d/WebCatalogCtl stop
followed by
/etc/rc.d/init.d/WebCatalogCtl start
